Rookery North was Established in 1957 by local businessmen as Shawnee County Club. The course is now open to the public and offers golf and/or pool & tennis memberships. The facility is located in the heart of Kent and Sussex County, Delaware and yet still conveniently located to Delaware's resort areas, Rehoboth Beach - Lewes - Bowers Beach - Bethany Beach and Ocean City, MD. You'll find the best of all your entertainment and relaxation needs here at Rookery North!
Our championship 18-Hole golf course is a well-maintained and challenging course with tee times recommended. We have an active tennis facility, a large outdoor pool, a variety of dining venues and a full calendar of regular programs and special events that provide a wealth of opportunities to socialize with friends new and old. Come on by and enjoy the changes to this great traditional course. The Rookery North was an established 18 hole golf & country club, but is now open to the public. The tree lined, bermuda fairways provide an exciting and challenging layout for golfers of all levels. The North Course also offers a grill and bar, banquet facility, swimming pool, locker room, practice facility, tennis courts and much more. |
